What is a Pet Trust?
Md. Estates and Trusts Code Ann. § 14-112
The annotated code of Maryland allows a trust to be created for the care of an animal or animals alive during the settlor’s lifetime. The trust terminates upon the death of the animal, or upon the death of the last surviving animal covered by the trust.

Additionally, Mrs. Baddour served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Marjorie Clagett Administrative Judge of The Circuit Court of Maryland in Calvert County. Among Mrs. Baddour accomplishments as a trial attorney are two published opinions before the Court of Special Appeals. Mrs. Baddour has been invited to speak throughout the tri-county area on the issues of estate planning and estate administration.
